Meet Rachel

My work is more than a job for me; it’s truly my soul’s purpose to support others on their healing journeys. Over the last ten years, I've devoted myself to formal and independent study of various healing modalities, traditional and alternative. I received a B.S. in Human Development from UW-Green Bay and an M.A. in Professional Community Mental Health Counseling from Lakeland College.

During graduate school, I also trained as a shamanic practitioner via mentorship. In addition to shamanic healing and reading Tarot, I have several years of experience as an intuitive medium and Usui Reiki Ryoho master-teacher. To be the best mentor possible, I have dedicated myself to personal development and consistently apply all of the healing approaches to my own life. 

My professional counseling experience includes supporting people in secure detention, group home, day treatment, and outpatient settings where I was able to incorporate alternative techniques like meditation, breathwork, mind-body integration, and Reiki. 

As a psychospiritual mentor, my goal for our work together is psychospiritual expansion through embodiment at a slow, steady pace. Combining polyvagal theory, shamanism, and Jungian psychology creates a grounded framework for nervous system regulation, subtle energy body refinement, and deep psyche exploration.
